One fee, quoted upfront, covering all of it
We start with a free profile assessment, shortlist programmes that fit your grades and budget across our destinations, then carry the application, funding case, and visa file through to your pre-departure brief.

Before you ask
Study abroad questions
The five that come up in almost every first consultation. If yours is not here, the consultation itself is free.
When should I start my application?
Roughly 9–12 months before your intended intake. Universities open applications well ahead, funding deadlines close first, and the visa itself needs 4–12 weeks once your file is complete.
Do I need IELTS for every destination?
Most English-taught programmes require it, but several of our destinations accept a medium-of-instruction certificate or their own English test instead. We confirm what your shortlist actually needs before you book an exam — and we run the preparation in-house if you do.
What academic results do I need?
It depends entirely on the country and the course. Rather than quote a cut-off that is wrong for most people, we assess your transcripts at the first consultation and shortlist only universities that admit profiles like yours.
How much money do I need to show?
Every destination sets its own financial requirement, covering tuition plus living costs for a set period. We give you the exact figure, the accepted forms of proof, and how long the funds must have been held.
Can you help if my visa was refused before?
Yes. We read the refusal notice, identify what the officer was not satisfied with, and rebuild the application to answer it directly rather than resubmitting the same file.
